We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are not as described or have issues caused by the seller’s mistake.

REFUNDS PROCEDURE

To request a return, please contact our customer service team to receive specific return instructions and a return authorization number. The merchandise must be carefully packaged and returned to the designated address provided in the return instructions.

WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team and provide clear photos as proof. These should include one photo showing the item you received and another showing the shipping label on the package. Once we receive and verify the information, we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue promptly.

NOTE 

We do not offer exchange or replacement services for merchandise. If you wish to get a different item, you may request a refund and place a new order.

Shipping costs for returning merchandise are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the merchandise was damaged or sent incorrectly by us.
