We accept returns only for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, printing error, or defective product), we will either:
✅ Ship a replacement at no extra cost
or
✅ Issue a 100% refund — and you won’t need to send the item back.
However, we do not accept returns for:
Used items
Items damaged after delivery
Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered)
